1. Introduction

Welcome to Your Ad x Here (YAxH), a service provided by America’s Web Club. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our advertising services, including ad placement, review, and publication. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following definitions apply:

  • Advertiser: Any individual or entity submitting advertisements for placement via YAxH.
  • Publisher: Any individual or entity hosting YAxH advertisements on their platform(s).
  • Ad Content: Any media, text, or graphical material submitted for publication.
  • Platform: Websites, apps, or other digital properties hosting YAxH advertisements.
  • Services: The advertising services provided by YAxH, including but not limited to ad review, placement, and publication.

3. Advertiser Guidelines

3.1 Prohibited Content

Advertisers are strictly prohibited from submitting ad content that contains or promotes the following:

  • Child pornography or exploitation.
  • Illicit sex services or related content.
  • Illegal or prescription drugs and related services.
  • Hate-based products, services, or content.
  • Content intended to disturb, disparage, or incite hate against individuals or groups, including those protected by U.S. equal rights laws.

3.2 Submission and Review Process

  • All advertisements are subject to a thorough review, typically completed within 48 hours.
  • Non-compliant ads will be returned for revision, and a processing fee of 20% of the original ad fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded if the ad remains non-compliant.

3.3 Design Adjustments

YAxH reserves the right to adjust fonts, phrasing, and imagery to ensure compatibility with advertiser branding and publisher requirements with the advertisers explicit consent or replacement media.

4. Publisher Requirements

4.1 Technical Standards

Platforms hosting YAxH ads must comply with the following requirements:

  1. No Pop-Up or Pop-Out Features:

    • Pop-up ads or data forms are not supported. These features must be removed for compatibility.

  2. Dedicated Placement Areas:

    • Ads must be placed in dedicated header or footer spaces (full-width, non-sticky).

  3. Design Compatibility:

    • Platforms must meet modern design standards and ensure a clean, intuitive user experience. Visually noisy or outdated platforms may be disqualified.

4.2 Unsupported Platforms

Platforms hosting prohibited content, as outlined in Section 3.1, will not qualify for hosting YAxH advertisements.

5. General Use Policies

5.1 Compliance with Laws

All advertisers and publishers must comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from:

  • Misusing YAxH services to distribute illegal or harmful content.
  • Submitting deceptive or misleading advertisements.
  • Engaging in activities that compromise the integrity of YAxH’s services.

6. Privacy and Cookies

YAxH uses cookies exclusively for on-property analytics to enhance site performance and improve user experience. Cookies are not shared with third parties and comply with applicable privacy laws. For more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

We intentionally disable certain interactive keyboard features, such as autocomplete, to provide a focused, distraction-free browsing experience.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, USA.

8. Modification of Terms

YAxH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
